Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Prepare production and other reports. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers. Establish methods to meet work schedules. Recommend personnel actions. Requisition materials and supplies. Train or arrange for training. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Overtime required. Work under pressure. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
