\*Overview\*
Our office is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join my office. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in a dynamic work environment.
\*Duties\*
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in managing the front desk area and greeting visitors
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Utilize computer skills to input data, create reports, and maintain records
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
\*Requirements\*
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- The ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and customer support capabilities
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
- Experience in Estate Planning or Conveyancing would be advantageous
