<p>Person who performs a number of technical tasks normally assigned to a qualified technician in one or more disciplines of a clinical laboratory or a research laboratory.</p><p>Education:</p><ul><li>Must have a secondary school diploma.</li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Two (2) years of relevant experience or have an equivalent skill.</li></ul><p>Knowledge and Abilities:</p><ul><li>Good knowledge of Medical Laboratory theory and practice, current trends, and the MSSS Network and regulations;</li><li>Good knowledge of medical laboratory quality assurance systems;</li><li>Good professional record in medical laboratory related procedures, techniques and analysis;</li><li>Manual dexterity, good vision and hearing, acuity, attention to detail; </li><li>Capability to adapt to a constantly evolving technology; </li><li>Sense of accountability, analytical, and good judgment;</li><li>Excellent critical thinking, synthesis, organizational and decision-making skills; </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.</li></ul><p>Language:</p><ul><li>Fluent in English;</li><li>Fluency in Cree or French is an asset.</li></ul><p>Other:</p><ul><li>The person will need to make clerical task as well as technical.</li></ul>- LocationMontréal, QC
