Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Work site environment: Outdoors. Work setting: Trucking company. Moving and storage company. Tasks: Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment. Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products. Pick orders and stock. Weigh materials and goods. Make labels and attach to goods. Provide customer service. Wrap goods. Pack and unpack goods. Sort, crate and stack goods. Install, lash and secure goods. Transport and distribute materials and goods. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Vehicle and equipment experience: Dollies and hand trucks. Strapping machine. Light trucks. Reach trucks. Pallet lifters. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
