Aggregate data will be stored anonymously to support improvements to the Boards hiring processes.<p>The Culinary Teacher(s) will be responsible to the Principal of St. Louis Adult Learning and Continuing Education Centres to teach any of the culinary courses and certificate program at St. Louis.<p>Course Codes may include: TFJ3C, TFJ4C, TFC 3C, TFC 4C, TFB3E, TFB4E, TFN3C, TFN4C, TFE3E, TFE4E, TFR3C, TFR4C.General Description of Duties: Follow lesson plans and deliver curriculum to students<p> Use a variety of instructional strategies<p> Evaluate student progress and provide ongoing feedback to students<p> At the end of the day, provide a summary report to the teacher<p> Teaching a compressed schedule in core subjects <p>M inimum Requirements: A current Ontario College of Teachers Certificate of Qualification with Senior teaching qualifications in the subject area (Technological studies- Hospitality Services) <p>If no candidates with an OCT apply, other candidates will be consideredDesirable Assets: Previous Experience in the food industry<p> Have previous teaching experience<p> A Red Seal Certificate or equivalent <p>Salary Level: Supply rate $40.84 per hour plus Stat and Vacation Pay <p>Hours of Work :As needed<p> Program Hours are Monday-Friday<p>8:45am- 11:45 am and/or 12:30pm- 3:30pm<p> Program Start Date: September 4, 2024Location: Main Campus - 80 Young StQualified applicants are invited to submit a resume and covering letter.
