Along with the LMMW Engineering and Client Services teams, you will be given control of your project to deliver it on time while keeping your client engaged and informed throughout.Position BenefitsHere's why we think you'll love working at LMMW:Competitive salary and incentive planEmployee Health BenefitsGroup RRSP with 4% matchingFlexible work environmentOpportunities to collaborate closely with senior personnel and other departments across our broader organizationA corporate focus on innovation, energy efficiency, and building long-term client relationshipsPosition ResponsibilitiesHere's what your day-to-day looks like:Guide projects forward with the assistance of your project teammatesEnsure site safety meets LMMW policy and legislated requirementsMaintain efficient operation and coordination of all project facets from start to finish, including cost estimate, gross profit, schedule, and quality Preserve client satisfaction through regular communication and timely responses to inquiries Certify that the collection of progress billings, final payment, and holdbacks are handled in a timely mannerProvide leadership to the project team on all aspects of the projectWork cooperatively with other project teams and subcontractorsJob RequirementsOur ideal candidate has the following:Minimum 2-4 years of project management experience, ideally in construction, energy retrofit, maintenance, HVAC, or related industries.Post-secondary education in engineering, a construction-related field, or energy efficiency considered an asset.Familiar with estimating, scheduling, subcontract coordination, and material procurement.Great organizational skills and ability to work on several projects at once if needed.Ability to communicate in an effective way to all stakeholders.Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills.
