Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Outdoors. Noisy. Cold/refrigerated. Dusty. Hot. Work setting: Landscape maintenance. Tasks: Assist with landscape constructions. Tie and secure plants. Weed, prune and trim trees and plants. Cut grass. Rake and collect refuse. Remove litter and garbage. Cart and spread topsoil and other materials. Lay sod or seed. Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs and trees. Apply fertilizers. Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens. Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment. Tree removal. Spread sand or salt on sidewalks for snow or ice control. Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas. Equipment and machinery experience: Chain saw. Pick-up truck. Sod cutter. Sprayer or duster. Weed trimmer/edger. Skidsteer. Lawn mowers. Hand tools. Area of work experience: Snow removal. Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Own vehicle. Valid driver's licence.
