Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Coordinate the organization's financial operations and budget activities in order to optimize financial performance. Evaluate daily operations . Plan and control budget and expenditures. Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects. Train staff. Monitor financial control systems. Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data. Perform human resources related duties such as personnel selection. Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Prepare financial statements and reports. Oversee the leasing of space in the facility and the included real estate and the development of marketing strategies. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail.
