Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Arena. Maintenance. Tasks: Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities. Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Plan and manage the facility's operations budget. Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise staff. Schedule events, programs and activities. Plan and organize daily operations. Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
