Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited, to the following duties outlined below:
· Scan products in the warehouse with Barcode
· Identify products that do not have Barcodes
· Perform the Physical Inventory Count
· Logistics Shipping and Receiving
* P/O receiving. Checking pricing & GL code. Contacting Assistant Controller to get correct GL codes.
* Logistic shipping includes changing status for w/o in sage, transfer of stock etc.
* Product verification - Receiving physical items, check quantity & item no. according to purchase order. Return wrong items to admins with copy of packing slip or sometimes informing vendors about the wrong items received to get them replaced.
* Contact vendor to get order confirmation/invoice.
* Update receipts to match order confirmation/invoice.
* Printing updated p/o, order confirmation and making package ready for manager?s signature/approval.
* Informing salesperson if items are ordered by them for the projects.
* Receiving physical items from other branches Product verification- Receiving physical items and counting the quantity as per packing slip.
* Scan and send p/w to pertain branch admins and salesperson
· Transfers and Adjustment
· Other duties as assigned
*Experience requirements:*
· Intermediate computer skills (particularly EXCEL)
· Data entry skills
· Organizational skills
· Ability to work independently
· Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
