The SR Marketing Manager will support in building integrated campaigns that drive top-of-funnel demand generation while raising brand awareness across three B2B target verticals including residential real estate, commercial real estate (Facilities Management) and insurance and claims ? secondary verticals will also be of focus.
You?ll have a deep understanding across a variety of tactics including, but not limited to, content, digital, website, paid search, social media, earned media and virtual/in-person tradeshows. You?ll not only be able to deliver flawless execution while working alongside a team of 5+, but you?ll also have the skill set to understand performance marketing metrics and optimize the campaign over a period of time.
Part strategist, creative, copywriter, project manager, relationship builder and analyst this individual has a blend of talents.
*Daily you will:*
? Support in developing, maintaining and monitoring the iGUIDE core messaging and positioning statements, creative style guidelines and other assets to ensure consistency in marketing and messaging.
? Have a hyperfocus on top-of-funnel demand generation and marketing penetration coming up with innovative ideas to generate leads and grow the sales funnel working alongside the Demand Generation Manager.
? Ideate and lead the creation of marketing materials and collateral, sales materials, promotion items, video/photo, etc. that resonate with the target ICPs and verticals ? educating and driving engagement / inbound demand generation.
? Support in managing the public relations strategy and execution (working with agency partner) which includes pitch ideation, press release review, media relationship building and media monitoring.
? Support in managing the development and optimization of the corporate website including visual assets and on-page text (optimized for SEO) as well as email marketing campaigns and an e-commerce store.
? Able to develop and manage partnerships and resellers around the globe helping to drive their business forward while using their brand presence to further strengthen iGUIDE.
? Lead a team of 3+ direct reports while working cross-functional across the organization supporting product, sales and customer success by building consensus around marketing initiatives and leading with transparent communication.
? Support in developing and manage the monthly, quarterly and yearly marketing performance review assets (including highlights, key learnings and recommendations).
? Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
*What we look for: *
? 8+ years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, demand generation.
? A creative, out-of-the-box marketing leader with a foundation in technology (software) and experience in scale-up B2B marketing.
? Ability to effectively drive influence and action from cross-functional team members who do not directly report to you.
? Very process driven with strong attention to detail and accuracy is expected; endless curiosity ? you love asking questions and learning in an agile environment.
? Knowledge of product marketing tools, including launch plans, messaging maps, positioning documents and competitive briefs.
? Comfortable speaking and delivering presentations while being able to educate and persuade others.
? Exceptional communication skills: verbal, written, listening and comprehension and a fearless attitude ? you?re competitive and have a proven track record of achieving measurable goals.
? Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, engineering or equivalent of relevant experience.
? Hands-on experience using marketing tools, including one or more of the following: Google Analytics, WordPress / SilverStripe, Pardot / SalesForce or HubSpot, monday.com and ZoomInfo.
? This is a hybrid role with three days in the office (Waterloo, ON), to facilitate brainstorming and team building
