Responsibilities
Tasks

Conduct geohydrological programs for data acquisition, analysis and mapping

Conduct geological programs for data acquisition, analysis and mapping

Conduct geophysical programs for data acquisition, analysis and mapping

Conduct geotechnical programs for data acquisition, analysis and mapping
-
Plan programs for data acquisition, analysis and mapping to assist in the development of civil engineering projects
-
Prepare recommendations and reports for the construction or improvement of civil engineering projects
-
Conduct studies of groundwater flow and contamination
-
Analyze reports and prepare recommendations on settlement of buildings, stability of slopes, and effects of earthquakes to support construction and civil engineering projects
Credentials
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses

Registration as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) by a provincial or territorial association
