As part of Professional Services, this position represents a great technical leadership opportunity and is a key factor for the success of our professional services portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesBe an advisor, build & maintain the business requirement roadmap in order to recommend upgrades, improvements or technological changesBe informed, work with vendors and understand IT market evolution and how it translates to the businessBe an Innovator, integrate different technology layers in an overall architecture & adopting automationBe our voice, represent Bell as a Technology lead in new projects Be a leader, lead the technical virtual team assigned to deliver large & complex projectsBe a builder, build the strategy and evolution of existing services as well as future services architectureBe hands on, design solutions based on business needs. Produce drawings and specifications for achievement of tasks related to the selected solutions. Participate in the build of the servicesBe a partner, overlook the evolution of scope during delivery and adapt the strategyCritical QualificationsTelecommunications or Computer Sciences or equivalent experienceMinimum of eight (8) years experience in the field of telecommunicationsKnowledge mostly on LAN / WAN networks, WIFI, IT SecurityWiFi experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba and Juniper Mist Experience in scripting (Python, various shells, integration toolsets)Experience in producing customer facing documentations & diagrams (for ex: Proposals, Statement of Work, White Papers)Team player with a strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skillsA candidate that is able to adapt and learnBilingual (French/English)Preferred QualificationsCertifications for major manufacturers (ex: Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Juniper)Experience with Cisco Products (DNA, Catalyst, ISE)#LI-PA1#EmployeeReferralProgram Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
