*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing sales within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales goals, customer satisfaction and professionalism.
*Responsibilities*
· Sell company authorized products in required volumes to meet or exceed sales goals.
· Authorized products consist of Residential HVAC equipment including furnace, Air conditioning, heat pumps etc.
· Perform customer needs analysis, develop solutions, discuss product offerings, create proposals, and negotiate with customers.
· Prospect and ensure the proper level of activity to generate sales results.
· Identify, qualify, and visit prospects and customers in the assigned area.
· Maintain existing customer accounts and generate new business.
· Ensure jobs are properly sized.
· Participate in product and sales related training.
· Keep current on product knowledge and selling process.
· Produce accurate and timely forecasts as required by management.
· Complete all administrative aspects of the job on time and error-free.
· Display at all times a positive, professional, and business-like behavior.
· Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and work processes throughout the selling process.
· Strict adherence to all Company established procedures and policies, including Health and Safety.
· Special projects or other duties as required.
*Experience*
- Proven work experience as an Outside Sales Representative or similar role
- Experience in technology sales is preferred. Proficient in MSOffice applications.
- Valid Driver's license and personal vehicle
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Time management and planning skills

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
