Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction. Direct traffic at or near construction sites. Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Green job: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes. Workplace information: On the road job. Other benefits: Transportation provided by employer.
