Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Ensure terms of lease agreements are met. Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance. Co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation. Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income. Prepare expense and income reports. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word. MS Excel. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Client focus. Organized. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for Indigenous people: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers . Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations . Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .
