*About the Role:*
As Sales you will be responsible for converting leads into sales generated by Goliath Roofing. The responsibilities of this role include;
* Meet customers with a positive and friendly personality and maintain existing relationships
* Develop new business relationship with new / prospect customers
* Creating estimates and proposals and generating new leads
* Measure roofs using Goliath Roofing?s measurement software
* Document and follow up Job Process (CRM) from beginning to end
* Report to Owner to discuss weekly goals / targets and monthly and yearly budgets
* Create work orders/ material lists and order materials
* Schedule to produce jobs in a timely manner meeting all customers needs
* Being a strong / solid contributor to the company and work with the team to hit company goals / standards
* Sell and produce $1.5 million dollars of revenue
*Skills and Requirements:*
* Must have an outgoing personality and be able to connect with people with a positive understanding
* Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one to clients, consultants, and other employees within the company as needed.
* Ability to understand and carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form and deal with problems in a creative manner. Must be a problem solver
* Ability to relate well to all kinds of people, can build constructive and effective relationships using diplomacy and tact.
* Must be a self-motivated person with the ability to work at a fast -paced professional level.
* Valid driver?s license with clean abstract
* Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Comfortable with ladder work / heights when measuring and providing estimates for customers
* Must be willing to work additional hours in busy Season and some evenings/weekends required to get the contact closed
* Steel toe footwear required when on Construction sites

Pay: $82,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
