Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting. Cut carcasses, sides and quarters. Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers. Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat. Wrap and package prepared meats. Remove bones from meat. Cut poultry into parts. Grind meats. Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs. Prepare special orders. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?. Are you available for the advertised start date?. Are you currently a student?. Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?.
