Budgetary responsibility: 0 - $100,000. Tasks: Plan and prepare work schedules. Inspect subcontractors work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications. Perform various trade work during home construction or renovation activities. Work with customers, architects and engineers regarding plans and specifications. Prepare and maintain directory of supplies and trade contractors. Ensure that construction permits are obtained. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Contractors. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own transportation. Own vehicle. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines.
