*Position Overview:* Opulence Education Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for enhancing workplace culture. This role is critical in driving HR initiatives, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
* Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
* Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
* Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to HR staff.
* Foster a positive workplace culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
* Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and development.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master?s degree preferred).
* Proven experience as an HR Director or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years in HR management.
* In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
* Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* HR certification (e.g., CHRP) is a plus.
