Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Examine ingredients or finished products to ensure conformance to company standards. Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations. Record the quantity, type and value of stock on hand using computerized or manual inventory system. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Physically demanding. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
