Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Work setting: Pharmacy or drugstore. Tasks: Ensure the information on prescriptions is accurate. Enter client information in databases. Help pharmacists. Maintain inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products. Prepare medications for clients. Clean and maintain equipment. Bill third party insurers. Prepare and maintain cleanliness of collection areas. Order supplies and equipment. Organize and maintain inventory. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Office. MS Outlook. MS Windows. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Repetitive tasks.
