Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Install interior prefabricated products. Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements . Determine layout and installation procedures. Document and prepare invoices and work orders. Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations. Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment. Supervise other workers. Utilize hand and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Working at heights training. First Aid Certificate. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Handling heavy loads. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Safety equipment/gear. Steel-toed safety boots. Hard hat. Cellular phone. Gloves. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Green job: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.). Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .
