Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Manage accounts payable. Review on the behaviour with regard to deposits and withdrawals, overdraws, defaults, dishonoured payments and spending patterns. Store, update and retrieve financial data. Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems. Perform general office duties. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Reconcile accounts. Notify customers regarding account discrepancies. Computer and technology knowledge: Word processing software. Accounting software. Quick Books. Electronic mail. Spreadsheet. MS Excel. MS Word.
