Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Retail service establishment. Jewellery store. Tasks: Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Manage staff and assign duties. Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Conduct performance reviews.
