*Job Overview*
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Orthos is an orthotic facility providing medically necessary bracing to our clients. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation in our office environment.
*Duties*
- Answer and manage phone calls, emails faxes, and texts with professionalism
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry
- Manage patients: check-ins and assist with insurance and coordinating prescriptions
- Utilize organizational skills to manage office supplies and inventory
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is a plus
- Previous experience with Jane App and insurance billing is advantageous
*Skills*
- Proficient in office software applications (Word, Excel, etc)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling incoming calls efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Education:
* Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
* Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
* Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
* Mandarin (preferred)
