DEPARTMENT: Medical Imaging - AdministrationBARGAINING UNIT: CUPEJOB TYPE: CasualLANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: French essential and spoken EnglishNOTE: Applicants must attach a resume to their application.JOB SUMMARY:Provide admission services to the facility, provide registration services for departments, and schedule appointments. This includes, but is not limited to, meeting the needs of the sector's reception and secretarial services and performing any other related tasks.REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or general education diploma (GED), plus an additional administrative support program or course from six months to one year in length, or equivalent;Medical terminology training or completion of this training within set deadlines (training available in iTacit);Knowledge of Word and Excel; Knowledge of other software programs currently used within the Network;Ability to set priorities;Ability to function in a changing work environment;Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with patients, visitors, etc.Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Physical ability to perform the assigned work; Good work history (performance and attendance); Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values; Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network.The above requirements may be verified through oral, written or practical tests during the selection process.Should there be no fully qualified applicants, this position will not necessarily be reposted.
