*Overview*
We are seeking a experienced and motivated Office Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing administration in a medical setting.
*Responsibilities*
- *Administration oversight:* Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling, patient registration, and coordination of office services.
*Staff Supervision:* Supervise and support administrative staff to ensure optimal performance and adhere to clinic policies.
*Patient experiences:* Ensure a high standard of patient care and service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Successful candidate will be trained in compression stocking fitting.
*Financial Management:* Oversee billing, manage accounts receivable, and ensure accurate and timely processing of staff payroll.
*Compliance and record keeping:* Ensures the clinic adheres to all relevant regulations and standards including HIA and CPSA regulations for Non-Hospital Surgical Facilities. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.
*Facility Management:* Coordinate with vendors and oversee the maintenance of clinic facilities and equipment, including facility sterilizer and sterilization of surgical instruments. Appropriate courses will be provided for successful candidate.
*Communication:* Serve as a point of contact for patients, nursing staff, and general surgeons to facilitate clear and effective communication.
*Skills*
- Proficient in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
-Excellent Verbal and written communication
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of human resources practices is a plus
-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
-Ability to maintain a positive attitude and foster a positive staff morale

*Education*
- Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
*Experience*
Minimum, 1-5 years experience in an office management role, preferably within a medical or healthcare setting
Job Type: Part-time
