The *Saskatchewan Sales Representative* reports directly to the *VP of Marketing and Sales* and is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence across the province. The *Saskatchewan Sales Representative* is responsible for building strong relationships with retail partners, promoting our products, and implementing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
*- Sales & Relationship Management*
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
* Identify new distribution opportunities and maximize visibility and service within your territory
* Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
* Serve as the primary contact for retail managers, assisting with inventory management and product assortment
*- Brand Awareness & Community Engagement*
* Promote BOLD Growth?s products through in-store education sessions, trade shows, and community events
* Create and enhance brand awareness within your territory
*- Territory Planning & Analysis*
* Develop an efficient sales route plan and regularly analyze market conditions and competitive pricing
* Report sales progress, challenges, and market insights
*- Compliance & Administration*
* Ensure all records and databases are up to date
* Manage promotional expenses and stay informed about federal and provincial cannabis regulations
*Qualifications and Expectations:*
* *Proven Experience*: At least 2 years of Sales, Category, or Account Management experience in a regulated industry (cannabis, alcohol, or tobacco is a big plus)
* *Cannabis Connoisseur*: You have a deep love for the plant and know your stuff when it comes to cannabis products
* *Master of Organization*: You?re the go-to for getting things done?efficiently, independently, and always on time
* *Smooth Communicator*: Whether it?s a call, email, or in-person chat, you?ve got the words to keep things professional and personable
* *Ready to Roll*: You?ve got a valid Provincial Driver?s License and a reliable ride, ready to hit the road
* *Legal & Loyal*: A criminal records check is required once you?re offered the job, and yes, you need to be 19+ to join the team
*Work Conditions:*
* Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts during the day
* Evenings/weekends if required
* Travelling within Saskatchewan 70% of the time
