MTY is looking for a *Paralegal* who is a self-driven, organized, multi-tasker that can assist the company with a variety of business needs centered around drafting legal documentation and ensuring that applicable laws are respected. As a valued member of the Legal team, you would be be working closely with the Operations team, Construction team, Development team and Accounting team, and others to prepare various legal documents.

Responsibilities & Duties:
.Responsibilities & Duties:
· Prepare various forms and legal documents;
· Ensure the information, documents and requests received comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines; and
· Provide a bridge for smooth communication between internal departments.
*Qualifications and Requirements:*
· Enthusiastic, optimistic, and service-minded team player;
· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously;
· Ability to multi-task while paying great attention to detail;
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
· Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook;
· Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal) is required (at least 75% of the work and documentation is in English); and
· Candidates with contractual terms implementation, or some other form of maintaining an ongoing set of key deadlines along with customer satisfaction/customer service relations experience considered an asset.
The candidate will be trained by the employer to perform all tasks. No experience is required.
