About Us
Great Lakes Water Solutions is a leading provider of Water Treatment Systems and Well Pumps. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated self starter and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with product inquiries and provide detailed information about our offerings.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Track commissions and sales performance metrics.
* Create and manage spreadsheets for sales data and reporting.
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
* Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes.
* Transcribing letters to clients, vendors, etc.
* Effectively work with various departments to ensure a smooth flow of information
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Diploma in office administration is a helpful.
* Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
* Extensive computer skills are a necessity.
* Strong written communication and literacy is a must.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday - Friday.
* Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
