Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. Tasks: Operate heavy equipment. Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Heavy Equipment Operator Trade Certification. Driver's License (Class 1 or A). Type of heavy equipment operated: Backhoe excavator, loader. Area of work experience: Snow removal. Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract). Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Safety vest. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?. Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?. Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?. Do you have the above-indicated required certifications?.
