Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Theatre. Sales. Tasks: Calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales. Suggestive selling. Greet customers. Assist theatre patrons with seat selection. Provide customer service. Assist customers with self-checkout. Participate in promotional activities. Process credit cards, vouchers and other payments. Make and confirm reservations. Issue tickets. Cancel or change reservations. Answer inquiries and provide information to customers. Prepare reports. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Professionalism in customer service. Handle cash transactions.
