The role provides full support, minimal micromanagement, and substantial opportunities for growth within the company.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>As the Construction Site Superintendent, you will be the "ship captain" of construction projects, overseeing the entire process with a domino-effect precision. Your primary goal? Routinely complete spec homes within 150 days with little to no deficiencies, safely and efficiently.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Company</strong></p><p>Our client specializes in creating exceptional real estate investment opportunities through a comprehensive, end-to-end approach.
