We are looking for an organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our team and support our operations with exceptional administrative and communication skills.
*Position Overview:*
As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. This position requires excellent computer skills and experience with cold calling to help us reach potential clients and support various administrative tasks.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, scheduling, and file management.
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Maintain & organize records and databases.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives.
*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Experience with cold calling and strong phone communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
