*Job Title: Invoice / Filing Clerk* *Job Summary:* The Invoice Clerk will be responsible for processing and managing invoices for the company. This includes verifying and reconciling invoices, ensuring accuracy of data, and communicating with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Process and manage invoices for the company * Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy of data * Communicate with internal departments to resolve any discrepancies * Maintain accurate records of invoices * Assist in letter typing * Assist with month-end closing and reporting * Assist in processing mail * Assist in filing dockets and AR documents * Provide support to the accounting team and other departments as needed *Qualifications:* * High school diploma or equivalent * 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Experience with accounting software is a plus but not necessary *Physical Demands:* This job may require sitting for extended periods of time, as well as some light lifting (up to 25 pounds). *Work Environment:* This job is typically performed in an office setting, with standard office equipment and noise levels. Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Morning shift Work Location: In person- LocationNiagara Falls, ON
