Education: Bachelor's degree. Work setting: Information technology (IT) infrastructure. Tasks: Confer with clients to identify requirements. Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements. Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions. Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
