With your strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset, you'll help uphold our commitment to outstanding service and customer satisfaction.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Ideal Candidate is someone who has:</strong></p><ul><li>2-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proven track record in supervisory or managerial roles.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>The Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing event schedules, coordinating daily team meetings, and assisting senior management with assigned duties.</li><li>Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to consistently deliver top-quality service to our customer base.</li><li>Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, effectively address questions, recommend suitable products or services, and clearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.</li><li>Play a vital role in the organization's growth and revenue by overseeing the full spectrum of sales activities from initiation to close.</li><li>Track team members' performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews to promote growth and improvement.</li><li>Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.</li><li>Regularly update senior management on team progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.</li></ul><p> </p><p>The selected individual will receive comprehensive training designed to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.</p><p>We appreciate all applications and will contact those selected for an interview.
