The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting daily administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
*Duties*
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Greet visitors at the front desk and provide them with necessary information or assistance.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with online and in store customer inquiries
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining records, and managing office supplies.
-Learn about our products and assist with sales - online and in store.
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience an office setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes are essential.
