WHAT ELSE WE OFFER: * On-site parking * Modern well-equipped office with desk spaces * Full time admin + marketing assistant + videographer for our team members * Boardroom and closing rooms with interactive whiteboard, copier & mail slots * Sales training programs & seminars YOUR DUTIES: * Follow up on leads for buyers and sellers * Interview clients to determine their precise wants, needs, budgets and geographic limitations * Travel to properties with buyers to show off the features of each home and help them compare different properties based on their needs * Advise property buyers on best practices and pricing strategies * Prepare and proofread real estate contracts * Organize and oversee open houses * Attend closing dates and provide support for clients QUALIFICATIONS: * Valid driver?s license and your own vehicle * Passion for Residential Real Estate is a must * Friendly personality with a genuine desire to help clients find their dream homes * Strong work ethic, a coachable attitude and team player * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Working knowledge of computer programs and processes * Highly driven, motivated and detail-oriented nature Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Commission pay Benefits: * Company events * Flexible schedule * On-site parking * Work from home Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * Port Coquitlam, BC V3B 1A8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Application question(s): * Have you already PASSED the UBC Real Estate Trading Services? final exam?
