We are searching for a *Customer Service Representative* in ourgrowingfolding carton operation. The role requires a customer-oriented individual to act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, including the sales, production and shipping departments. The primary goal is to maintain high customer satisfaction through accurate and efficient problem resolution of customer inquiries, finished production deliveries, inventory reporting and other requests.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Handle large volume of incoming correspondence and manage internal sales functions.
Process orders and confirmations, identify customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
Foster transparent communication with both clients and the sales team.
Work closely with shipping and production departments to execute daily schedules.
Maintain records of customer interactions, manage customer accounts, and file documents.
Act as a liaison between the sales team and the production team.
Strive to exceed customer expectations by going the extra mile.
*Requirements:*
Experience in folding cartons, printing, or graphic arts is beneficial.
Proven experience in customer support with a strong track record of customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with software: Microsoft programs is essential, Globetek would be beneficial.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High school diploma required (minimum).
*Compensation and Benefits:*
*Pay*: $30.00 to $38.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
*Job Type*: Full-time, Permanent.
*Schedule*: 8-hour shifts.

*Experience Requirements:*
3 years of customer service experience in manufacturing.
3 years of experience working with folding cartons.
