We are proudly Canadian owned and operated and are looking for highly motivated individuals that are passionate about working in the tool industry.
*We are currently seeking candidates to fill a warehouse associate position in our Red Deer location!*

Job Responsibilities:
* Put away all the inventory from warehouse
* Conduct stock audits and review inventory placement and levels
* Secure products with our theft preventative measures
* Organize merchandising equipment & racking
* Merchandising equipment requests or concepts
* Receiving inventory if required
* Assist in employee reviews when required
* Work closely with store management and correspond with departments supervisors
* Participate in core leadership team meetings
* Ensure team provides outstanding customer service in a helpful, professional manner
* Develop efficiencies and delegate responsibilities to team members
* Continually strive to gain applicable knowledge, attend training events and seminars, etc.
* Assist with any areas of the store as necessary and work special events
* Maintain control of inventory and operational transactions and accuracy
* Maintain a clean, safe, organized and efficient store, warehouse, parking lot and yard
* Ensure team has excellent product knowledge and department expertise
* Work hard to ?get it done? and have fun doing so!
