You have experience in process development, process mapping, and working with various technology. You are quick to adapt and learn new technical systems and have demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel and Word at an advanced level. A degree/diploma in a related discipline, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or an Information Technology related field. Two to three years process improvement experience in a complex environment.Written and spoken competence in English is required at an advanced level. What you will doThe HR Operations Process/Applications Lead is responsible to: Address process improvement requirements within the HR applications based on customer/team centric approach. Understand business processes, gather, and define business requirements, conduct workflow analysis, identify improvement opportunities/gaps.Act as the subject matter expert responsible for designing process and building content for e-forms and other HR applications.
