Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate - SudburyKerr Smart Energy. (Kerr) is a leading distributor of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Equipment, and Supplies. We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated, and highly motivated Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate.We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Delivery Truck Driver & Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid provincial driver's license and be comfortable with local driving, with previous warehouse experience and a forklift operating license. TDG training is preferred but not required. In this role, you will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers, maintain detailed paperwork, and uphold safe work practices. You will also support our customers, sales team, and fellow staff in achieving branch performance goalsKey Responsibilities:Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customersComplete paperwork with attention to detail and accuracyMaintain safe and efficient work practices in all tasksProvide exceptional customer service during deliveriesSupport inside and outside sales teams in daily operationsAssist team members in achieving branch performance goalsEnsure proper handling and loading/unloading of goods in the warehouseOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safelyCommunicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth delivery processesQualifications: Must have a valid provincial driver's license (G License)Comfortable with local driving throughout the areaPrevious warehouse experience is preferredForklift operating license is an assetTDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods) training is preferred but not mandatoryAbility to safely load, unload, and handle goodsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsFamiliarity with warehouse safety protocols and practicesCapable of working both independently and as part of a teamGood communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectivelyWhat you can look forward to when you join our team: Health, Dental, and Vision benefitsAdditional life and disability insurance optionsPaid Vacation TimeCompany Matched Retirement Savings Plan (RPP)Access to the confidential Employee Family Assistance ProgramEmployee Referral ProgramAt Kerr Controls LTD. we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
