<p>We need to expand our accounts receivable team and hire a problem-solving, resourceful person who can work independently. We offer the opportunity to join a dedicated and dynamic team.</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone</li><li>Account reconciliation</li><li>Record daily deposits</li><li>Send copies of invoices and statements to clients</li><li>Collect balances due from customers</li><li>Other related tasks</li></ul> <br> <p>3-5 years relevant experience in high volume B2B</p><p>Bilingual (English, French) spoken and written</p><p>Self-sufficient</p><p>Intermediate Excel knowledge</p><p>Organized<br><br>Able to resolve complexe situations</p><p>Detail oriented</p><p>Communicator skills (customer service oriented)</p>- LocationPointe-Claire, QC
