Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Other miscellaneous crop farming. Dusty. Noisy. Outdoors. Tree and orchard fruit. Work setting: Rural area. Willing to relocate. Tasks: Greenhouse cleaning. Guide growing shoots into optimal development positions. Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts. Tie and secure plants. Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality. Weeding. Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Budding trees. Supervision: 5-10 people. Equipment and machinery experience: Automated irrigation system. Feeding and watering system. Fertilizer applicator. Harvesters. Sprayer or duster. Tractor. Vegetable or fruit harvester. Forklift. Area of specialization: Agricultural crop service. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Physically demanding. Large workload. Overtime required.
