*Location:* Broadway Active Health, East Vancouver, BC *About Us:* Broadway Active Health is a multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients. We offer a wide range of services, including Registered Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, and more. We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. *Position Overview:* As a Medical Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy clinic. You will work closely with paramedical practitioners, including massage therapists, chiropractors, physiotherapists, and acupuncturists. *Key Responsibilities:* * Manage patient scheduling and appointment confirmations. * Assist with patient intake, including obtaining necessary medical history and information. * Support practitioners with administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow. * Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards. * Handle billing, including insurance billing and ICBC billing, and other financial transactions. * Collaborate with the team to enhance patient experience and clinic operations. *Qualifications:* * Previous experience as a Medical Office Assistant in a busy clinic setting. * Familiarity with working alongside paramedical practitioners (massage therapists, chiropractors, physiotherapists, acupuncturists). * Must have experience with insurance billing and ICBC billing. * Proficient in using the Jane app for clinic management. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. *Why Join Us?* * Opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment. * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. *How to Apply:* If you are passionate about patient care and have the skills we are looking for, we would love to hear from you!
