Email your resume to *careers@vernonairconditioning.com*. *Hourly Wage:* Hourly wage band *$45-55/hour* based on trades qualifications *Compensation:* ? *$5,000 signing bonus* (paid after a successful 3-month probation) ? Completion bonuses (e.g. $200 for completing a heating and cooling system in one day) ? $20 for every Google review mentioning your name ? Minimum of *5 years of HVAC installation experience* ? *Gas Fitter B license* (mandatory) ? Completed *Refrigeration Ticket* or actively working towards it ? *Sheet metal experience* is an asset ? Clean driver?s abstract (required) ? Strong *problem-solving skills* and ability to adapt to various project demands ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? *Pride in craftsmanship* with a commitment to quality and attention to detail ? Mentorship abilities, the ability to guide apprentices or junior members of the installations team *Responsibilities:* ? Install *dual fuel heating systems* (heat pumps and natural gas furnaces), air conditioning systems, and air quality products ? Ensure installations meet the highest standards of quality, focusing on details and adhering to safety codes ? *Collaborate* with the team to complete jobs on time and within assigned timelines ? Provide *exceptional customer service*, reflecting the company's values of quality and integrity ?
