Implementation Specialist CityView - Remote Reporting to the Manager of Client Services, the successful Implementation Specialist will work closely with customers to collect business requirements, configure the software and deliver training for our CityView product. This position is budgeted for a starting salary between $60,000 to $80,000 CAD/year based on experience. What will be your impact? Define and document customer's business requirements; interpret and apply the information within the scope of the project. Configure the software using workflow and business rules to allow customers to conduct and streamline their business processes. Work with Data Conversion Specialists to achieve a smooth transition of legacy data. Train end-users in how to use the software in both remote and classroom-led sessions.
