Viking Motors at Arborg, MB is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage HR operations. This role involves planning, organizing, and evaluating HR activities to align with the company?s goals. *Key Responsibilities:* * Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. * Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations * Plan workforce needs, and develop strategies for hiring, retention, and succession planning. * Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization?s goals * Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers * Coordinate employee training and development programs. * Oversee the analysis of employee data and information * Establish and implement policies and procedures * Review HR directives to assure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations * Administer health and safety programs to ensure compliance with legislation. * Advise on HR policies, benefits, and employment law compliance. * Manage job classification systems and compensation structures. *Requirements:* * Proven experience in HR management and labor relations. * Bachelors Degree * Ability to work independently and Fast-paced environment * Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. * Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
